Purpose of this guide
- You can create shipping labels and have packages picked up automatically by instant couriers.
Important!
- Make sure the Shopify plugin is active when importing orders.
- This tutorial is only for instant couriers such as Gojek, Grab, Lalamove, and Borzo.

Detailed Steps
1. Open the Orders page and click "All". Then select "Ship Items" as shown in the image below.
2. Select "Import Orders" and click "Import Orders" as shown in the image below.
3. Successfully imported orders will appear; apply filters as needed.
4. Pay using "Balance" or "Invoice" (Terms and conditions apply, please contact Biteship Customer Service for more information).
5. Orders that have been successfully created will appear on the "Draft" page under the "Awaiting Confirmation" tab. Since the coordinate points are estimates from Biteship, it is recommended to confirm with the customer to ensure the destination point is accurate.
6. You can choose between Ship Now (without confirmation and the shipping label is created immediately) or Confirm (Recommended).
7. Click "Confirm" where you will be directed to the WhatsApp Desktop API link with a template provided by Biteship.
8. The confirmation page information will appear as shown below when clicked.
9. Congratulations! If the customer has confirmed or you choose to ship directly, the shipping label has been successfully created and the courier will deliver your package as soon as possible.
10. Print the shipping label from the Biteship dashboard by selecting one or multiple orders. The Shopify Order ID (e.g., #1101) will appear in the Reference Id section and can be exported.
11. Select "Print Orders" as shown in the image below.
12. Choose the settings for printing the shipping label and click "Download Label".
13. The shipping label has been downloaded and is ready to be printed!
🧐 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Is this feature free?
A: Currently, all features and Customer Service Support for Shopify on Biteship are completely free.
Q: What if the customer confirms outside operational hours (e.g., 1 AM)?
A: In this case, unfortunately the courier will pick up the package afterward. It is recommended to send confirmation no later than 3 hours before operational hours end and ensure the customer confirms at least 1 hour before operational hours end.
Q: Can the shipping label format such as courier logos, Biteship branding, fonts, and others be changed?
A: Currently, all shipping label formats cannot be changed, except for hiding Insurance Value, Shipping Cost, Sender’s Phone Number, and Sender’s Address.
Q: I am using Shopify International, can I use the Biteship plugin?
A: Currently, no. The Biteship plugin on Shopify is only for Indonesia. However, you can use Biteship's API and Webhook products to meet your needs.
Q: What if I encounter issues with delivery, such as the package not arriving at the recipient's address?
A: Please contact Biteship Customer Service for further information.
