Shopify has updated the terms for the Biteship Shipping App. Here are the steps you need to follow to smoothly import orders.
Steps to Update the Biteship Shipping App on Shopify
1. Make sure you are logged into your Biteship Account.
2. Then open your Shopify Admin account, go to the search menu in the Shopify header, and search for "Biteship." The Biteship app will appear, then you can proceed by clicking the Biteship app.
3. You will then be directed to Update the Biteship App. Please continue by clicking "Update." This update is required as part of Shopify's latest terms and conditions.
4. After updating, you can return to the Shopify order import page. Then you can resync on the order import page so orders can appear on the Biteship dashboard.
5. You can sync orders again, and your orders will appear in the order summary table.
