IMPORTANT:
- This article will help you to perform Order Import using Shopify Order Ids, specifically for those who have PO or Pre-Order sales.
- In Shopify Order import, make sure:
- The order still has the status Unfulfilled
- The order is created from tracking number and courier details checked via the Biteship plugin
Basic Settings
1. Click "Export" data from the "Orders" page on Shopify
2. Select "All Orders" and "CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs". Then click "Export orders".
3. Open the file using Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, or Numbers.
4. Select the column "Shopify Order Id" or "Id" as shown in the screenshot below. The format is 13 random digits.
5. Choose which orders you want to process for AWB printing.
6. After filtering or selecting from Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, or Numbers, copy those Order Ids.
7. Then, open Biteship and click the "Send Now" button, then select "Import Orders" until the modal below appears.
8. Click "Filter Import" and paste the Shopify order Ids, then click "Import".
9. Afterwards, the orders have been successfully imported and can proceed to the payment process (Important! If the order fails to be imported, it may be because the order Id status is not unfulfilled or the order was created from shipping costs outside the Biteship plugin)
