Bitepoints is a prepaid balance system used by Biteship users to pay for shipping services (shipping fees). To use Biteship services smoothly, you need to ensure that your Bitepoints balance is sufficient. This article will explain in detail the process of topping up Bitepoints through the Biteship dashboard.
Bitepoints Top Up Process
Here are the steps to top up Bitepoints through the Biteship dashboard:
1. Log in to the Biteship Dashboard
- Visit https://dashboard.biteship.com.
- Enter your email and password, then click the Log In button.
2. Open the Balance Menu
- After logging in successfully, select the Balance menu located on the left side of your dashboard screen.
3. Click the Top Up Button
- On the Bitepoints page, click the Add Balance button to start the balance top-up process.
4. Enter the Top Up Amount
- Select the amount of Bitepoints you want to top up.
- The system will display the amount you need to pay according to the amount you entered.
5. Choose Payment Method
- Currently, for top-ups (maximum 1,000,000), a QRis pop-up will appear for payment.
- If the top-up is more than > 1,000,000, the payment process will be via bank transfer, which will appear on the payment pop-up.
*Note: Transfer proof can be sent as top-up evidence to Biteship CS at biteship.com.
6. Make the Payment
- Follow the payment instructions according to the method you chose.
- Make sure to complete the payment before the specified deadline.
7. Automatic Confirmation
- After the payment is successfully made, the system will automatically verify your transaction.
- You will receive a notification that your Bitepoints balance has been added.
8. Check Your Balance
- Return to the Bitepoints page and check if your balance has increased according to the top-up amount.
Tips and Notes
- Make sure to use a valid payment account and follow the instructions to ensure the verification process runs smoothly.
- Keep the payment proof in case it is needed for verification.
- If your balance does not increase within a maximum of 15 minutes after successful payment, please contact the support team.
