Steps to Cancel a Pickup
1. Log In to the Biteship Dashboard
Log in to your Biteship account using your registered email and password.
2. Go to 'Shipping' > 'Orders'
In the menu on the left, click 'Shipping' > 'Orders' to see a list of all your shipments, including those scheduled for pickup.
3. Select the Shipment You Want to Cancel the Pickup For
Find the shipment scheduled for pickup and click on its details.
4. Click ‘Cancel Order’
On the shipment detail page, you will find the Cancel Order option. Click this option to cancel the scheduled pickup.
5. Confirm Pickup Cancellation
After choosing to cancel the pickup, you will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Make sure you really want to cancel the pickup because some couriers may charge a cancellation fee.
