3. Create a New Shipment
To request a pickup, you must first create a shipment. Click Send Package and fill in the required information, such as:
• Sender Details: Name, address, and sender’s contact information.
• Recipient Details: Full name, address, and recipient’s contact information.
• Package Details: Weight, dimensions, and description of the package contents.
4. Select Courier and Pickup Option
After filling in the shipping information, you will see the available courier options. Choose a courier that offers pickup service in your area. Then, select a suitable pickup time from the options provided.
