IMPORTANT:
- This article will help you import orders using Shopify Order Ids, specifically for those who sell PO or Pre-Order items.
- When importing Shopify orders, make sure:
- The order status is still Unfulfilled
- The order was created based on tracking number verification and courier details from the Biteship plugin
Basic Settings
1. Click "Export" data from the "Orders" page on Shopify
2. Select "All Orders" and "CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs". Then click "Export orders".
3. Open the file using Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, or Numbers.
4. Select the "Shopify Order Id" or "Id" column as shown in the screenshot below. The format is 13 random digits.
5. Choose which orders you want to process for AWB printing.
6. After filtering or selecting in Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, or Numbers, copy those Order Ids.
7. Then, open Biteship and click the "Ship Now" button, then select "Import Orders" until the modal below appears.
8. Click "Filter Import," paste the Shopify Order Ids, and click "Import".
9. After that, the orders will be successfully imported and you can proceed to the payment process (Important! If the orders fail to import, it may be because the order status is not unfulfilled or the order was created with shipping costs outside the Biteship plugin)
