How long is the withdrawal process for Available Balance?
- Withdrawal process will be completed within a maximum of 1x24 hours on working days (Monday-Friday)
- Withdrawals on holidays (Saturday, Sunday, & public holidays) will be processed on the next working day

What if my package fails to be delivered?
If during the delivery process the courier cannot find the recipient's address or the recipient is not at the address listed on the shipping label, the courier will attempt redelivery the next day (maximum 2 delivery attempts) and then the package will be returned to the sender. For instant courier deliveries, there will be no redelivery attempts and the package will automatically be returned to the sender.

Biteship will make payment for Shipping Cost and Item Price to the client (not the sender)
Example:Description Cost Shipping Cost Rp10,000.00 Item Price Rp500,000.00 Service Fee (Item Price x 3%) using SAP 7 Days Rp15,000.00 Recipient will pay Shipping Cost and Item Price* Rp510,000.00 First Party will forward payment to Second Party Rp510,000.00 First Party will invoice Shipping Cost** and COD Service Fee to Second Party Rp25,000.00
If the item is returned to the sender, in this case the order status is returned, Biteship will only charge the Shipping Cost to the client.
