If you use the Cash on Delivery (COD) service through Biteship, you can withdraw the accumulated COD balance directly from your dashboard. This article will explain the detailed steps to withdraw your COD balance to ensure a smooth process.

 

Terms and Conditions for Withdrawing COD Balance

Before making a withdrawal, make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • The COD balance is available and sufficient for withdrawal.
  • You have added a withdrawal method (bank account) in your account settings.
  • There are no issues with transactions related to your COD balance.
     

 

Steps to Withdraw COD Balance

Here are the steps to withdraw your COD balance from the Biteship Dashboard:

  1. Log in to the Biteship Dashboard Visit dashboard.biteship.com and log in using your account.
     
  2. Select the "COD Balance / Available Balance" Menu After logging in, open the Finance menu on the sidebar, then select the COD Balance tab to see the available balance details.
     
  3. Click the "Withdraw Balance" Button On the COD Balance page, click the Withdraw Balance button to start the withdrawal process. [The minimum withdrawal amount for COD balance is 50,000]
     
  4. Fill in Withdrawal Information
     
    • Select the destination bank account for the withdrawal.
    • Enter the amount of balance you want to withdraw (not exceeding the available balance).
    • Double-check the information you have entered.
       
  5. Confirm and Submit the Request Once confirmed, click the Confirm button to submit the withdrawal request. You may be asked to perform additional verification.
     
  6. Wait for the Withdrawal Process The withdrawal process will be completed within a certain time according to Biteship’s policy. You can monitor the withdrawal status through the Withdrawal History tab.
