Can the Biteship balance be invoiced monthly without incurring a minimum charge of Rp5,000,000?

Explanation:

Currently, Biteship does not provide automatic monthly invoice generation for balance usage without a minimum charge of Rp5,000,000. This minimum charge applies to customers who require an official monthly invoice from Biteship.

However, you can still track and report balance transactions independently through the balance mutation feature on the Biteship dashboard.

Biteship Balance Mutation

The balance mutation feature allows you to view all financial activities related to your Biteship account, such as:

  • Balance top-up
  • Balance usage for shipping
  • Balance refunds, if any
     

This data can be used as an internal monthly financial report, without needing an official invoice from Biteship.

How to Download Balance Mutation

  1. Log in to your Biteship account at dashboard.biteship.com.
  2. Select the Balance menu.
  3. Click the Balance Mutation tab.
  4. Set the transaction date range (for example, from the 1st to the 31st of each month).
  5. Click the Download button to download the report in CSV or Excel format.
     

The file will contain all transaction details during the selected period, so it can be used as material for internal reporting or reconciliation.

Note:

  • If you require an official invoice from Biteship, the minimum charge of Rp5,000,000 per month still applies.
  • For non-invoice reporting needs, the downloadable balance mutation already includes all the transaction data you need.
