Steps to Reschedule a Pickup
Login to the Biteship Dashboard
Log into your account and open the Shipments section to manage shipments that are already scheduled for pickup.Go to the 'Shipping' > 'Orders' page
On the left sidebar, you can go to the 'Shipping' > 'Orders' menu to view your order list.Copy the Shipping Receipt Number
You can select the shipping receipt and copy the receipt number that has a pickup issue to request a pickup reschedule.Go to the Support Ticket page
On the left sidebar, you can go to the "Support Ticket" menu to start creating a ticket for rescheduling pickup.Create a New Ticket
You can create a new ticket.Enter the Ticket Title and Your Issue Category
Enter the title of your issue, and select your issue category by choosing the option under Category Issue 1. Make sure to select "Pickup/Delivery"Select Issue Category 2
For category 2, you will be asked to enter more detailed information about the issue. In this case, please enter "Package Not Picked Up/Failed Pick-Up"Paste or Insert Your Receipt Number
In the receipt field, enter the receipt/shipment number that has the issue.If Any, You Can Enter the Issue Details
You can enter the details of your issue and request a pickup reschedule in this field.Click 'Create Ticket'
Once everything is filled in and correct, you can click the "Create Ticket" button to submit your ticket to Biteship.Ticket Successfully Created
The ticket has been successfully submitted and will be reviewed by our team for the rescheduling process.Check Ticket Status
You can see the progress of your ticket in your ticket details.
Things to Note When Rescheduling
Reschedule Deadline: Some couriers have a specific deadline for rescheduling. Make sure you reschedule the pickup before the specified deadline to ensure availability.
Reschedule Confirmation: Always double-check the confirmation in your ticket to ensure the rescheduling was successful.
