2. Go to the 'Shipping' > 'Orders' Section
In the left menu, click Shipping > Orders to view your shipment list or create a new shipment.
3. Create a New Shipment
To request a pickup, you must first create a shipment. Click Send Package and fill in the required information, such as:
• Sender Details: Name, address, and sender contact.
• Recipient Details: Full name, address, and recipient contact.
• Package Details: Weight, dimensions, and description of package contents.
4. Select Courier and Pickup Options
After filling in the shipping information, you will see the available courier options. Choose a courier that offers pickup services in your area. Then, select a suitable pickup time from the options provided.
5. Make Sure to Choose "Courier Pickup"
