Introduction
Consumers no longer need to be confused about where their package is because there is a Tracking Page feature specifically for WooCommerce. Moreover, it can be customized with your logo and background color according to your preference.
Important
- Make sure you do not activate other shipping cost or courier plugins to avoid checkout page errors.
- If you experience issues on the checkout page even after deactivating other shipping cost plugins, you can report your issue to the Biteship Admin.
Easy Steps to Activate the Plugin
1. Go to the "Settings" page, then fill in the Tracking Page section
2. If you want to change your domain name, please contact our customer support
3. Set the color according to your website. Example Brand Link:
https://track.biteship.com/<<Tracking ID>>
4. Then, continue configuring the page to the Tracking Page section and click "Edit Page".
5. In the header section, you can add a logo, change the background color, and change the Organization name
6. After completing the configuration, click "Save" at the top right corner.
7. Congratulations, you have successfully completed the "Tracking Page" configuration and now just need to perform a check.
8. On the Admin - Orders page, make sure the "Track" button appears to open the "Tracking Page"
9. On the User page, users can open "My Account" --> "Orders List" and the "Track" button will appear so users can view the shipment status.
