This document governs the procedures, policies, and terms for topping up Bitepoints balances on the Biteship platform. Users are advised to read these terms carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
1. Definition and Usage
- Bitepoints are the official balance currency used within the Biteship ecosystem.
- Function: Bitepoints are used to pay for shipping creation fees and API call charges (Rates API, Order API, and Tracking API).
- Exchange Rate: 1 (One) Bitepoint is equivalent to IDR 1 (One Rupiah).
2. Payment Methods
The payment method is determined based on the top-up nominal amount requested by the user:
A. Top-Up Under IDR 1,000,000
- Method: QRIS.
- Processing: Automatic and Instant. The balance will be credited immediately after the payment is successfully verified by the payment system.
B. Top-Up Above IDR 1,000,000
- Method: Manual Bank Transfer.
- Nominal Requirement: The system will generate a 3-digit unique code (randomized) added to the total nominal amount.
Example: If you wish to top up IDR 2,000,000, the system may request a transfer of IDR 2,000,123 (where 123 is the unique code). - User Obligation: Users must transfer the exact amount, including the last 3 digits, to facilitate the verification process.
3. Payment Confirmation (Bank Transfer Only)
For transactions above IDR 1,000,000 utilizing Bank Transfer, the following confirmation steps are required:
- Complete the transfer according to the exact nominal and unique code provided.
- Save the proof of transfer/payment.
- Contact Biteship Customer Service (CS) to confirm the transaction through WhatsApp.
- You must provide:
- Proof of transfer (Screenshot/Photo of the receipt).
- The Reference ID associated with the transaction on the Biteship dashboard.
4. Operational and Verification Hours
Please note the distinction between CS response times and Finance verification times:
- Customer Service Response: Daily (Monday - Sunday), 09:00 - 23:59 WIB.
- Payment Verification & Balance Crediting: Strictly on Business Days (Monday - Friday), 09:00 - 18:00 WIB.
5. Estimated Processing Time (SLA)
The time required for Bitepoints to be credited to the user's account depends on when the confirmation is submitted:
- Confirmation during Business Days & Hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00):
Payment will be verified, and the balance will be credited within a maximum of 24 hours after confirmation is received by CS. - Confirmation outside Business Days/Hours:
Payment will be processed on the next Business Day starting at 09:00 WIB.
Weekend Transaction Illustration:
If a user pays and confirms with CS on a Saturday, CS will respond to the chat on the same day. However, payment verification and balance crediting will only be performed on Monday starting from 09:00 WIB.
6. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Purchased Bitepoints balances are final.
- Balances cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or converted back into cash (Rupiah) or transferred to a bank account for any reason. Users are advised to top up according to their estimated usage needs.
