This document governs the procedures, policies, and terms for topping up the Bitepoints balance on the Biteship platform. Users are advised to read these terms carefully before making a transaction.
1. Definition and Use of Bitepoints
- Bitepoints are the official balance units used within the Biteship ecosystem.
- Function: Bitepoints balance is used for payment of shipping creation fees as well as API call fees (Rates API, Maps API, and Tracking API).
- Exchange Rate: 1 (One) Bitepoint is equivalent to IDR 1 (One Rupiah).
2. Payment Methods
Payment methods are determined based on the top-up amount requested by the user:
A. Top Up Below IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah)
- Method: QRIS.
- Process: Automatic and Instant. The balance will immediately increase after the payment is successfully verified by the payment system.
B. Top Up Above IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah)
- Method: Manual Bank Transfer.

Amount Requirement: The system will add a 3-digit unique code (random) to the total amount to be paid.
Example: If you want to top up IDR 2,000,000, the system may ask you to transfer IDR 2,000,123 (where 123 is the unique code). - User Obligation: Users are required to transfer the exact amount including the last 3 digits as instructed to facilitate verification.
3. Payment Confirmation (For Bank Transfer Only)
For transactions above IDR 1,000,000 using Bank Transfer, the confirmation steps are as follows:
- Make the transfer according to the exact amount and unique code provided.
- Keep the transfer/payment proof.
- Contact Biteship Customer Service (CS) to confirm via WhatsApp.

You must attach:
- Proof of transfer (Screenshot/Photo of the receipt).
- Reference ID (Transaction ID) shown on the Biteship dashboard at https://dashboard.biteship.com/billing.
4. Operating Hours and Verification
Please note the difference between CS response time and payment verification time:
- Customer Service Response: Every day (Monday - Sunday), from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM WIB.
- Payment Verification & Balance Input: Only on Working Days (Monday - Friday), from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM WIB.
5. Estimated Balance Credit Time (SLA)
The process of crediting Bitepoints balance to the user account depends on the confirmation time:

If Confirmation is During Working Days & Hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM):
Payment will be verified and the balance will be credited within a maximum of 24 hours after the confirmation is received by CS. -
If Confirmation is Outside Working Days/Hours:
Payment will be processed on the next working day starting at 9:00 AM WIB.
Weekend Transaction Illustration:
If a user makes a payment and confirms to CS on Saturday, CS will respond to your chat on that day. However, payment verification and balance addition will only be done on Monday starting at 9:00 AM WIB.
6. Fund Withdrawal Policy
- Purchased Bitepoints balance is final.
- The balance cannot be withdrawn (refunded) into cash (Rupiah) or transferred to a bank account for any reason. Users are advised to top up according to their estimated usage needs.
