- Important! The Support Ticket feature should be used if you encounter issues such as:
- The courier never arrives or the package is not delivered
- Package claims
- Bugs found in the Dashboard, Plugin, or API
- Questions related to Biteship product installation
How to Use
1. Open the following page found in the Biteship Dashboard Menu.
2. Click "Create New Ticket" on the Support Ticket page.
3. Fill in the "Ticket Title" according to the issue you are experiencing (Example: Package has not arrived)
4. Select one from "Issue Category 1" and "Issue Category 2" that applies to your problem (Example: Woocommerce Integration). See Help Ticket Categories
5. Enter the tracking number if requested.
6. Write the "Issue Details" and "Evidence (Optional)" so the Biteship team can check your issue faster.
7. Click "Create Ticket" until the screen appears as shown below:
8. Monitor your ticket status with 3 statuses (Active: Not yet processed; In Process: Being Processed; Completed: Finished).
