The Biteship balance feature is especially suitable for businesses with high shipping volumes because it helps speed up transactions and simplifies logistics cost management.
How to Top Up Balance on Biteship
1. Log In to the Biteship Dashboard
Log in to your Biteship account using your registered email and password. Make sure your account has access to perform balance top-ups.
2. Open the Balance or Top Up Menu
After successfully logging in, open the Balance or Top Up menu on the Biteship dashboard sidebar.
This page is used to view your main balance and to top up your Biteship account balance.
3. Enter the Top Up Amount
Select or enter the amount of balance you want to top up according to your business shipping transaction needs.
Make sure the top-up amount matches your operational needs so that shipping can proceed without payment interruptions.
4. Make Payment Using QRIS
For top-up amounts below IDR 1,000,000, the system will automatically direct you to use the QRIS payment method.
Scan the QRIS code using your preferred payment app and ensure the payment amount is correct so the balance will be credited properly.
5. Top Up Above IDR 1,000,000
For balance top-ups above IDR 1,000,000, you will be asked to manually enter the top-up amount before proceeding with the payment process.
6. Bank Transfer for Balance Top Up
After that, you will be directed to make a payment via bank transfer.
Make sure to include the last 3 digits in the transfer amount as instructed by the system to speed up the verification process.
7. Payment Verification by Biteship Team
Once the transfer is successful, the Biteship team will check and verify your payment.
During the verification process, the transaction status will change to Pending.
8. Balance Automatically Credited to Your Account
If the payment is successfully verified, your main Biteship balance will automatically increase and be ready to use for shipping transactions.

Biteship does not charge additional fees for topping up balance. However, some payment methods or bank transfers may have administrative fees from the payment service providers.
How long does it take for the balance to be credited to my Biteship account?
The balance usually appears within a few minutes after the payment is successfully verified. If the balance has not appeared within 10–15 minutes, please contact Biteship support.
Can the Biteship balance be withdrawn as cash?
The balance you top up generally cannot be withdrawn as cash but can be used for various shipping and fulfillment services on the Biteship platform.
