Yes, you can add multiple users to a single Biteship account. This feature is very useful if you have different teams handling shipping, finance, or operations. By adding multiple users, each team member can get access according to their roles and responsibilities.
Steps to Add Users to a Biteship Account:
1. Log in to the Biteship Dashboard
Log in to your account using the registered email and password on the this page.
2. Open the Settings Menu
Once logged in, move your cursor to the profile icon in the top right corner and click Account Settings.
3. Select ‘Team Management’
In the account settings, choose the User Management option to start managing additional user access.
4. Add a New User
Click the Add Member button. You will be prompted to fill in information such as the name, email, and role of the user to be added.
5. Set Access Rights
Choose the role and access rights for the user you want to add. For example, you can give full access to a manager or limited access to the operations team.
6. Send Invitation
After completing the information, click Send Invitation. The new user will receive an email invitation to join your account.
7. The New User Receives the Invitation
The new user must open their email and follow the steps in the email to create an account or log in to Biteship.
Types of Access Rights Available:
Biteship offers several levels of access rights to ensure that each user can only view or modify data according to their responsibilities:
Manager: Has full access and can manage all aspects of the account and shipments.
Operations: Can view and manage shipments but does not have access to financial information.
