If you forget your Biteship account password, you can reset your password by following the steps below.

Password Reset Steps

  1. Open biteship.com or go to the forgot password page here

  2. Select Forgot password? Click here so you can change your password. You will be directed to enter the email registered to your Biteship accountforgot password page.png
  3. After you enter your email, a link will be sent to your email

  4. You can check your email. Click the "Create New Password Here" button to start changing your password

  5. Enter your new password

  6. Your new password has been successfully changed. You can continue to log in again on the login page here

Issues During Password Reset

If you experience issues such as:

  • Email is no longer active
  • Did not receive password reset email
  • Forgot the email address used during registration
