You can easily view your billing history on the Biteship dashboard. This billing history will show all transactions made, including payments for shipments, balances, and other details related to service usage fees.
Steps to View Billing History on Biteship:
1. Log in to the Biteship Dashboard
Log in to your account using your registered email and password.
2. Open the ‘Billing’ Menu
After logging in successfully, in the main menu, click the Billing option located on the left side of the dashboard.
3. Select ‘Billing History’
Within the Billing menu, select the Billing History tab or option to view the list of transactions and payments you have made.
4. View Transaction Details
You will see a complete list of all past transactions, including the amount paid, transaction date, and service description. If you want to see more details about a transaction, click on that transaction.
5. Download Invoice (Optional)
For easier tracking, you can also download the invoice for each completed transaction. Click the Download Invoice button on the relevant transaction.
What Is Included in the Billing History?
Transaction Date: The date when you made the payment or the invoice was issued.
Description: Information about the service or shipment that was charged.
Payment Amount: The total cost you need to pay for the services used.
Payment Status: Whether the payment was successful, pending, or failed.
