Important!
There are 2 methods to send items using the Biteship Dashboard:
- Manual Entry, where you just need to fill out the form
- Upload File, where you can upload an Excel file if sending a large number of packages --> 📦 How to Order a Courier with "Upload File" from the Biteship Dashboard (New Interface)
Easy Steps to Ship Items from the Biteship Dashboard
- Click "Send Item" on the Home page
- Add the Pickup Address until the box "Pickup Address" is checked 💡Tips!: Pin point is used when selecting instant/same day courier and can be changed after selecting the postal code by clicking the point on the map
- Do the same for the box "Recipient Address". The address will also be saved for faster future orders 🔥
- Fill in the "Package Information" as shown below until it is also checked green ✅. If you do not change the "Package Volume", the default is 10x10x10 cm
- "Select Courier" available from "Instant", "Same Day", "Next Day", and "Regular". 💡Tips!: #1 Go to the Settings - Courier page to configure which couriers appear. #2 If instant or same day courier services do not appear, it means the distance is more than 20km and they are automatically unavailable.
- "Proceed to Payment" to complete the shipping process. If you have more packages to send to different addresses, click "Add Package".
- Top Up "Shipping Balance" with QR if the balance is insufficient. If sufficient, click "Pay Now".

Done! Your order will automatically appear on the Biteship dashboard
- Track your shipment by clicking the detail button on your dashboard.
- Your tracking pop-up will appear and is ready to be tracked.
